Meditation and mindfulness are beautiful tools to help you slow down and reconnect with your inner wisdom! This course includes: *2.5 hours of video lessons including breathing, mindfulness, visualization and meditation techniques that can be done at your own pace *Private Facebook group for support $77 NOTE: The Book Now button will ask you to schedule a 15-minute appointment to complete your course purchase.
