Meditation and mindfulness are mind-body practices that create deep healing rest, allowing the body to release stress, calming the mind (where that inner critic likes to hang out!), and expanding consciousness and intuition. ~This course is designed to help you learn meditation and mindfulness techniques that you can use independently and develop a consistent practice. Meditation and mindfulness are beautiful tools to help you slow down and reconnect with your inner wisdom!
